Setup management reporting system to reflex company key performance index;
Key data check and master.
1. Report (50%)
1) Responsible for monthly business unit performance report (not monthly pack by legal entity);
2) Assist in setup annual budget system and rolling forecast;
3) Prepares reports to internal clients to highlight the business performance indicators and provide in-depth analysis; such as weekly sales report, monthly sales and GP% analysis, Overhead analysis, Marketing expense consolidation and analysis, Channel PL.
4) Proactively identifies issues or potential issues in different functions in the company through finance analysis and make recommendations to resolve problems;
2. System Key user (10%)
1) System key user and master data owner;
2) System project coordinator;
3. Pricing Spreadsheet review and promotion policy review (10%)
1) Manage Pricing master spreadsheet;
2) New product pricing or promotion pricing check.
4. Sales commission Check (5%)
1) Check monthly sales commission calculation from HR department based on policy;
2) Give assistant on commission policy design
5. Insurance issue related (5%)
6. Trademark (5%)
7. Audit related (5%-)
8. Others project based task.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL:
To assist you in your development, an annual Performance Appraisal and Development Plan will be completed by the China FM at the end of each Financial Year.
