Job Description：
1) Provide overall IT support
2) Ensure complete compliance with IT policies and laws
3) Provide training and support in the use of computer hardware and software, company phone, printing, installation, e-mail, and other operating systems and equipment and daily maintenance
4) Install, configure, and provide ongoing support for the divisional Local Area Network (LAN)
5) Monitor networks to ensure network availability to all users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability
6) Establish and maintain information security
7) Install, configure Cisco Firewall, Cisco Switch, Aruba Wireless, Video Conference（LifeSize,Cisco）, Access Control System, CCTV, Telephone System.
8) Establish and maintain Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, AntiVirus, Website, Domain.
9) Need capability to design IT plan, construction and management of IT project, and have the initial capabilities of the project planning and the scientific research.
10) Other tasks assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above, Major in computer or other related, 5+year IT working experience
2) Have knowledge of computer system validation, pharmaceutical plant working experience is a plus
3) Familiar with IT facilities(computer, router, interchanger, firewall etc.), be able to configure and manage independently
4) Distinct and sharp mind, strong logic analysis, excellent oral and written ability, smooth communication
5) Strong responsibility, detailed working attitude, self-working motivation, be able to manage working pressure, good command of learning new technology
