Reporting Line:
Report to: Commercial Manager China



General Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development activities.
New & existing client’s relationship management,
Commercial expansion of services with new & existing clients
Key Account Management



Detailed Responsibilities:
1. Development of warehousing & distribution services– identify and target new clients proactively by utilizing different sales channels. Work with DSV Air &Sea China branches as well as Logistics BD team in China on sales tenders.
2. Collect customer’s warehouse service requirement and provide value proposal.
3. Visit potential warehousing vendors to support solution team.
4. Build own pipeline of commercial projects based on own network, exhibitions etc...
5. Create awareness of DSV within the customer’s organization and vice versa and build up a strong business relationship with the Key contacts, DSV team and local suppliers.
6. Responsible for providing ongoing support to Key Account clients.
7. Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
8. Create, control and guarantee key accounts billing and payment.
9. Secure existing business by assuring reliability and increasing customer satisfaction and ensure contract renewal.
10. Assume other tasks if needed.

Internal – A&S business units, Commercial team, Solution Design, Operational team.
External – Existing customers, customer's customer, potential customers, vendors.

Qualifications Requirements
Logistics discipline.Fluent English speaking & writing.
College or above, BD experience, WIN trackrecord.
5-7 years of commercial experience in intl.
3PL Personal Characteristics Excellent communicator, ambitious, people-oriented, good network(er)
