职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责各个店面及中央厨房的运营管理；
2、定期向总经理汇报公司运营情况；
3、充分了解公司的战略目标，思路清晰，兼顾直营店或合作店各方面的利益；
4、建立各个直营店及合作店的运营管理标准化体系；
 5、负责各直营店及合作店的筹备、培训、开店监管；
 6、定期向意大利汇报工作进展。
任职要求：
1、对高端品牌连锁餐饮有较深的认知，对欧洲历史文化有充分了解的优先；
2、有从事五星级酒店及社会餐饮工作经验者优先；
3、英语六级，有国外留学背景者优先；
4、对品牌有高度的忠诚度和使命感；
5、熟练掌握各类办公软件的使用；
6、具有酒店专业相关的文凭（国外文凭优先）。 举报 分享

HISTORY
Since opened in 1817 in MILAN Italy, "Cova" has always represented the ideal Cafè and Pasticceria for musicians, philosophers, artists, aristocrats, professionals and sophisticated people. The constant attention to details and the creation of an innovative patisserie based on traditional recipes created an unquestionable signature of quality and luxury. Nowadays "Cova" means high class, cool people, international jet set, and cosmopolitan mood with a very traditional and sumptuous atmosphere.

In 2013, "Cova" joined the LVMH Group. The new "Cova" generation are leading the brand towards the new era of international development and worldwide scenery.?

IN THE WORLD

Cova is a renowned brand already present in the most important cities in the world. Almost
twenty years ago, Cova started its expansion in Asia opening café and restaurants in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Shanghai. Nowadays, after affiliated with LVMH Group, Cova is pursuing an ambitious development in the future.

NEW CONCEPT

Working with Mr.Ferruccio Laviani, the award-winning Italian designer, LVMH group has created a new concept for "Cova"; and Beijing, will be the first city, where the new Cova concept and design to be revealed to the world.
