AP IT Strategy and Communications manager owns the responsibility for managing the AP IT Strategy and Communication. The position includes (but not limited to):
Requirement:
1. Extensive experience working in cross-functional teams, and influencing others to achieve goals
2. Process minded and Process focused, while being able to think strategically and tactically (Mandatory)
3. Experience in the IT / Tech industry and with a consulting mindset (Preferred)
4. Experience with communicating and making presentations to customers and senior management (Mandatory)
5. Ability to articulate the effect of technology in business terms (Mandatory)
6. Ability to create quality contents on @FordIT
7. Ability to work on an un-structured, multi time-zone, multicultural environment (Mandatory)
8. Ability to work with a large amount of confidential and secret information (Mandatory)
9. Experience in the Creation, Management and Security of SharePoint Sites including Surveys.
10. Familiar with IT and Business Objectives, and the ability to deal with change
11. Utilizes the Ford 4D Change Management Framework in managing change.
12. Strong understanding IT Strategy and IT Change Programs – BEP, Op Model, Innovation

AP IT Strategy and Communications manager owns the responsibility for managing the AP IT Strategy and Communication. The position includes (but not limited to):
- Work with the AP IT OCM members to manage AP IT BPR cadence, work with global IT team and AP team to manage IT BPR, and AP BPR cadences
- Understand the local and global technology trends, Business Environment and their impact to IT & Ford.
- Work with the AP IT OCM members to design effective and strategic focused leadership off-sites, design sessions and some materials for sessions, manage the necessary logistics.
- Work closely with AP IT OCM for designing effective AP IT All hands meeting, LL5+ & LL6+ Meetings
- Work closely with AP IT OCM to design Strategic Priorities for the AP IT team.
- Design and Own the AP IT SAR agenda.
- Working with global IT Strategy and Communication team on big 6 Items
- Working with global IT Strategy team to review strategy during the monthly and quarterly strategy workshops
- Manage IT communication from an AP perspective and identify opportunities to engage with the AP markets and global team.
- Document and share AP Communications process and best practices.
- Assist in the question preparation, distribution, analysis of results and summary reports for the annual OneIT in AP survey. Identify and Implement actions based on survey feedback.
- Work directly with the Director of AP IT to plan communications strategy; monthly videos and dialogues, articles.
- Lead the Pulse communications strategy and facilitate Pulse Action Plan, particularly the Pulse Action Day for the AP region.
- Drive Regional AP Communicator’s team to Plan, Write, Edit and Publish OneIT in AP articles and videos for @FordIT. Mentor Communicators in Communication best practices and journalistic techniques. Interview and prepare articles for senior leadership.
