Job Description:
- Sales & target achievement tracking and Sales KPI analysis on regular base;
- Retail SOP book updating according to CL standard;
- CRM data consolidation and analysis, initial gifting program every season;
- Care and Repair data analysis, spare parts ordering and maintain;
- Tickets and accommodation booking for retail team in accordance with the company travel policy;
- Raise and follow up PR for retail function including but not limited to Vendor payment, claimes;
- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by the Retail Managers
Main Requirement:
- BA holder in Business retailed majors;
- Fluent English both in written and spoken;
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Words, PPT....
- Detail - and result - oriented;
- Good interpersonal skills with committment and passion in retail industry;
- Sense of responsibility and self-motivated;
- Independent, organized and a team player
