Position: IT Risk Management
Division: Operational Risk Management
Function: Risk Management
Responsibility:
- Continuous local Technology Risk framework enhancement and oversight
- Development and operationalization on a new risk-based technology risk assessment methodology
- Local technology risk appetite approach implementation
- Development and operationalization of technology risk indicators reporting
- Key local Technology Risk regulation review and assessment where necessary
- IT risk/incident reporting monitoring and enhancement
- Cyber insurance coverage alignment with group
- Local Technology Risk assurance program designation and execution
- Independent oversight and advisory support of technology risks enhancement including policy, guideline and procedure
- Other assignment

Requirements
? Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with at least 10 years of relevant work experience
? Has good knowledge of banking business and products, payment system, and IT general controls
? Preference will be given to candidates with working knowledge of audit and strong data analytics skills
? Possesses strong writing and interpersonal skills.
? Able to present oneself confidently and professionally.
? Has sound judgment and strong decision-making skills.
? Demonstrates the ability to successfully coordinate and direct team members.
? Able to work on multiple projects.
? In-depth knowledge of Technology related local banking regulations.
