Primary Responsibilities
1st primary responsibilities: To Plan, Drive and Facilitate the Accor Huazhu alliance cross-selling strategy and improve the business performance.
? Provide business solution and develop/optimize Cross-selling strategy in different Huazhu channels e.g. Huazhu.COM, WECHAT and APP;
? Research and deep analysis of the cross selling campaigns and conduct review of the successful factors as well as challenging issues;
? Closely working with Huazhu team to develop new business model e.g. B2B, B2B2C to increase the cross selling through feasibility study, build up business case, etc.
? Be responsible for Model B cross-selling strategy and business performance.
? Be responsible to engage with OTA, E-commerce and Online Sales business partner to understand the industrial trend and facilitate cross-selling opportunities/initiatives.
2nd primary responsibilities: To Drive and Coordinate E-commerce for both Huazhu and Accor Huazhu Alliance hotels to improve the compliance and business performance.
? Be responsible for SEM enforcement / execution in Accor Huazhu Alliance.
? Be responsible for Accor E-commerce Programs’ enforcement / execution in Accor Huazhu Alliance.
? Be responsible for Accor Huazhu Alliance hotels’ animation on Accor social media platform
3rd primary responsibilities: To Support and Facilitate the global KAM animation and contracting for Accor Huazhu Alliance hotels to improve hotels’ business performance.
? Be responsible to coordinate the RFP request between Huazhu Corporate and Hotel Sales team and Accor ISO/KAM
? Be responsible to coordinate the Crew business opportunity between Huazhu Corporate and Hotel Sales team and Accor Crew Sales Team
? Be responsible for engage Huazhu hotels/sales to participate Accor activities e.g. Sales Mission, Accor Showcase…etc.
? Be responsible for Support and facilitate the global KAM animation and contracting for Accor Huazhu Alliance hotels.
Other Responsibilities
? Cooperate with the Loyalty marketing team, both Accor and Huazhu to leverage both loyalty programs and future alliance program to increase the enrollment and improve the loyalty contribution to our cross-selling
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience
? Bachelor Degree or above
? Equip the knowhow and under the common practice and latest trend of e-commerce / online sales in China hospitality industry
? ISO/NSO/Hotel Sales background is preferred
? Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
? Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office

? Fluent in English, both writing and talking
? Serviced oriented with an eye for details
? Good team-working skills and able to work effectively and contribute in a team
