Key Responsibilities / 主要职责：
？ Provides regular project status update to key stakeholders, project sponsor and management.
？ Confers with project personnel to provide advice and to resolve problems/issues.
？ Provide ongoing evaluation and recommendation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
？ To enforce processes and/or tools to ensure smooth project deliveries with appropriate quality control.
？ Minimizes exposure and risk on project.
？ Gathers business requirements from the business user(s).
？ Understand the business and its key challenges, prioritize, align and work with Distribution Director of Operations to develop and implement both short and long term goals and milestones for each project.
？ Seek continuous work improvements by developing new operational practice.
？ Communication with internal and external parties to achieve the target
Key Accountabilities / 主要任务:
？ Project Plan, including project timeline & project charter etc.
？ Ensure smooth coordination and proper planning of distribution activities by optimizing use of available resources
？ Data analysis for daily operations and provide the summary in a proper way to the management
？ Billing management and coordination
？ Regular presentation and reports to the team and management
Qualification 资格要求
Education / 教育程度：
A bachelor degree or above
Skills & Competencies / 专业技能和能力：
？ Minimum 3 years relevant experience in sizeable or multinational companies;
？ Good experience in logistics project evaluation, implementation, and vendor management
？ Familiar with E-Commerce sales and logistics solution delivery
？ Good computer skills, good fluency with PowerPoint a must.
？ Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects.
？ Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence etc.).
？ Fluent in English writing and speaking is preferred
Other Requirements / 其它要求：
？ Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
？ Strong analytical and problem solving skills, smart decision maker.
