职位描述：
Roles & Responsibilities:
1.On-time purchase & follow-up in order to meet the requirements for both of production and inventory control.
2.Propose and take necessary actions and solutions in order to reach machine lead time target and keep the appropriate inventory levels.
3.Know well the procurement master data and SAP MM methodology.
4.Perform MM module statistics for relative activities of procurement planning.
5.Prepare customs clearance documents and prepare payment documents for import cargo.
6.File import/procurement document and import post-entry check.
7.Contribute to establish and implement efficient import processes and procedures with compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
8.Obtain import licenses conforming to trade compliance requirements from local government authorities in daily import operations
9.Hs code classification process and COO check implementation in daily operation
10. Daily forwarder/broker communication and management to maximize efficiency and avoid trade compliance risk
11. Support internal and external audit related to Trade/Customs compliance
Key Competencies:
1. Good reading, written and spoken English skill.
2. Related SAP knowledge and experience
3. Positive attitude, team work and ‘Can do’ spirit.
4. Has time urgency & High responsibility & carefulness.
5. Open-minded, result-oriented, proactive and good communicate skills.
6. Quality orientated approach of the work.
7. Capacity to help in the tasks assigned and to be available in case of increase of activity.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Education/Training Required:
o College degree or above, major in international trade preferred.
2. Work Experience Required:
o 1+ years working experience for import customs clearance, , knowledge for procurement & planning management preferred.
