主要职责:
1) 作为业务系统管理员，进行系统相关初始化配置。
2) 解决内部用户和外部用户的系统问题，必要时需要调查系统日志与后台数据，并与开发人员协作解决问题。
3) 进行系统功能测试，整理BUG列表，并提交给开发人员。协助开发人员直至问题解决。
4) 参与UAT测试，保证系统达到上线前各项条件。
5) 如果需要，要作为系统分析员分析项目需求并设计系统架构，承担部分项目管理工作。
基本要求:
? 计算机相关专业毕业，本科以上学历，3年左右工作经验。
? 有一定的数据库基础知识，可以较熟练的使用SQL语言。
? 对软件系统的管理和测试有一定的了解，有实际经验者优先。
? 具有良好的沟通能力。耐心，细心。
? 数据Python，Kettle(ETL工具)优先。
? 乐于学习，有较强的独立分析和解决问题能力。
? 英文良好，可以熟练用英文进行书面与口头交流。
? 良好的团队合作精神。
? 有程序开发与维护经验者优先。
