Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Full-cycle recruitment and implement Talent Acquisition (TA) Strategy “Hire for Future Growth”;
2. Sourcing external candidates through various channels: job boards, adverts, Linkedin, networking, headhunting and maintaining the talent pool.
3. Implement TA Process and ensure it is conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and meet the TA KPIs.
4. Manage entire candidate experience during the recruitment process from the initial screening up to the last interview.
5. Work closely with Hiring Managers and HRBP to ensure the selected candidates best match the needs of the position and future business growth;
6. Assume the role of brand ambassador for the company’s cultural values.
Experience
1. You have at least 7 years of recent experience in full cycle recruitment.
2. You are positive and outgoing individual with background in recruitment from either an agency or an internal recruiter.
3. You have a proven track record of headhunting candidates.
4.Volume recruitment experience.
5. Good command of verbal and written English.
Ability
1. Confident in your decision making
2. Ability to build strong relationships externally and with stakeholders at different levels
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Commercial acumen
5. Excellent social media acumen, capability to navigate / use multiple social media
