Role Responsibilities:
1. Attain targeted sales goals and performance through the effective channel management of the daily operations of the sales force of Quest channel partners;
2. Engage with major channel partners in PRC such as Digital China to recruit and enable more premier and preferred partner companies;
3. Make channel plan in some key industries, find out and recruit industrial partners;
4. Participate and close large sales opportunities with key partners.
Qualifications:
1. College diploma or above 7+ years sales working experience with 3+ years in people management role;
2. Proven track record of success in managing a sales group to achieve targets;
3. Have experience and ability to recruit and coach partners;
4. Have experience of winning large software projects as account sales or project manager;
5. Software knowledge or technical background;
6. Good in English writing & reading;
7. Drive to excellence;
Preferences:
1.5+years working experience in multinational IT Vendor Company’s channel role;
2. Software industry experience;
3. Well connect with large IT distributors in China such as Digital China, Ingram Micro, Synex .etc.
4. Good spoken English is preferred.
