职位描述：
Responsible for routine refurbishment duties(including soldering) accordingly to established practices and procedures.
根据现有的流程完成产品维修，包括故障定位和判断，焊接和测试
Demonstrate ability to perform hands-on maintenance, installations, tests during board refurbishment which require judgment
负责仪器和测试站的维护和保养，安装和调试，简单故障处理
Use standard approaches/technical knowledge to resolve problems
能够独立解决80-90%以上的产品维修测试及焊接过程中遇到的问题
Strong proficiency in work activities and tools
熟练掌握不同产品的工作原理，维修工作流程和测试系统的操作

任职资格：
College degree in electronic or Maintenance/Repair; Specialized training/certification required after on board
Above 2yrs related working experience
电子维修方面专业，2年以上电子产品维修及焊接相关工作经验
Moderate understanding of the technical aspects of the refurbishment job
了解电路原理基础知识及元器件的测量，熟悉ESD操作要求
Knowledge of company policies and practices, and uses training required to perform Service & Support assignments
通过培训熟悉公司政策/部门流程，按照相关的政策/流程完成工作
Demonstrates specialized skill on all kinds of soldering station utilization preferred.
具备良好的有铅/无铅焊接技术能力
Good English reading to operate test stations/systems.
