The candidate will be in full charge of the finance, HR and administration for around ten employees branch company in Changchun。

该候选人将全权负责10人左右分公司的财务、人事及行政工作。

Finance:

财务工作：

Assist in the registration of branch office in Changchun

协助办理分公司的注册事宜。

Check payment requests and arrange for payment

检查付款申请，并安排付款

Book money received and clear AR in system

及时入账应收款

Update bank and cash journal daily

每日更新银行和现金日记账

Issue VAT invoices for goods sold

开增值税发票

Liaise with tax bureau for tax related matters

与税务局联系税务方面事务

Monthly tax filing, including VAT, IIT and EIT

每月申报增值税，个人所得税，季度申报企业所得税

Book all vouchers in our ERP system

在ERP系统里入账

HR and Administration:

行政人事工作：

Order meal and food for company employees

为公司员工订饭

Receive phone call, book airtickets and hotel

接听电话，预定机票及酒店

Purchasing office supplies, record the distribution of office supplies

购买办公用品，应记录办公用品领用

Salary & social welfare calculation, contribution and management

工资和社保计算，缴纳及管理

Company staff personnel information data filing

公司员工人事信息归档

Employee attendance and annual leave recording

员工出勤及假期记录

Requirements:

任职要求：

More than 2 years working experiences in Finance and Administration; the similar working background in the past is preferable

2年以上财务及行政工作经验；有相似工作背景优先考虑

Can communicate in English for working emails

工作邮件可以用英语交流

Be reliable, outgoing, independent and Detailed oriented

性格开朗，耐心仔细，职责分明，具有独立工作能力。

Dellner Train Connection Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd (DCCN) - was established as Dellner’s subsidiary in China in 2003. Our Chinese subsidiary located in Shanghai Xinzhuang area contains of an assembly workshop and staff for Sales, After sales, Procurement and Project management.
