职位描述：
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Uses overall understanding of market potential, competition, key trends and emerging market forces to become an industry expert and support develop team strategies and plans that effectively grow market share and profitability.
? Allocates and utilizes available resources (e.g., time, budget, network) to maximize return on strategic plan for each territory.
? Lead the team to position new products for spring corn area.
? Identify and assess new technology based business opportunities, and ensure proper trials are implemented and evaluated in the assigned area and trial data is collected appropriately and in a timely manner.
? Prioritize and manage workload of each TD Executive to ensure delivery of high quality output in a timely manner.
? Cooperate with sales team to support business initiatives and provide targeted technical service and support to customers for both pre and post sales.
? Ensure organization development and build future talent pipeline. Take charge area activities such as performance evaluations, people review, succession planning, and personal development of direct reports.
? Be responsible for safety, business conduct and company policy compliance for the team.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND COMPETENCIES
? Master and above degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in agronomy, horticulture, crop protection, plant breeding, plant physiology, etc.
? Experience on corn field agronomic research or crop protection will be a plus.
? Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills.
? Strong communication, project management and organizational skills.
? Successfully work in a fast-paced changing environment and desire for long term career development.
? Good computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook/Data analysis)
