We sell imported quality wines at the best possible prices in our CHEERS Stores throughout Beijing as well as in our franchise partner stores throughout China. We love to surprise and entertain our customers with outstanding customer service, our wide selection of videos, store themes and fun marketing ideas. We transfer wine knowledge on and off line in a fun, informal but professional way! We are simple, real and authentic!

Place: Beijing, Chaoyang
Duration: Minimum 3 months full-time or part time

Scope of the internship:

Assist the Events Supervisor in the entire process of events planning, preparation and execution
Capture and maintain data including event attendance, visitor figures, ticket sales, venue hire and associated financial reports
Assist the events manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies related to wine industry

 

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

1. Observing client intake and event logistics
2. Assisting with onsite event management, post event evaluation
3. Assisting with the development and maintenance of mailing and media
4. Organize marketing materials inventory, coordinate with purchasing department for specific items
5. Updating event database and record events expenses, sales, and consumed goods


Requirements and Qualifications
1. Strong social capabilities and interpersonal skills
2. Outgoing and confident in dealing with members, sponsors and partners, like to party and to interact with people
3. Experienced in marketing or event planning, and have a strong eye on details.
4. Ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Publisher and outlook) with confidence
5. Available to work on evenings and weekends
6. Administrative and office experience
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven international organization, overseas study experience a plus
8. Fluent English both written and spoken, Chinese as mother tongue
