? Regional Key Account Sales Manager
Location
? Shenzhen/Guangzhou(South), Beijing(North), Central Zone
? 40%-50% Travel Period
Summary
? Provide independent sales coverage of assigned region under general supervision. Develop sales channels to achieve sales objectives. Maintain good communications and relationships with accounts and distributors.
Task & Responsibilities
? Develop sales channels to achieve sales objectives as set by management for the specific products in the assigned territory.
? Manage sales region with general supervision and assistance.
? Give product and sales training to sales people of distributors. Establish solutions to distributors to train end users.
? Provide appropriate sales support service to end users and distributors.
? Work with National Sales Manager to build regional sales plan.
? Work with functional departments to deliver business in region.
? Other duties assigned by the management
Qualification, Competencies & Experience
? Bachelor degree or above; medical, biology, and business major preferred
? More than 3 year experience as a sales person in healthcare related industry
? Business developing and channel building skills
? Good public speaking abilities
? Fair English language skills, both spoken & written
? Fair skill of using Microsoft Office software
? Self-starter, operate with minimal supervision, good time and territory management
? Team player, work cooperatively in a cross-functional set-up
