职位描述

(1)工作职责Responsibility:
Responsibilities:
Provides analysis and interpretation of the customers’ financial status for proper evaluation of risk and the establishment of proper credit limits. Interacts with sales support, customer service and accounts receivable in reconciling accounts. Prepares recommendations and makes credit approval decisions on new accounts. Analyzes and reports on credit memo and write-off activity. Monitors and communicates credit concerns to leadership.
Ø Knowledge of basic principles, methods, technologies and practices of a professional/technical field.
Ø Apply a basic understanding of the underlying principles of a professional discipline -typically obtained through formal study.
Ø General knowledge of procedures and activities within own work area.
Ø Ability to relate actual day-to-day work to business priorities.
Ø Focused on learning the key aspects and duties of the job being performed.
Ø Applies research, information gathering and analytical skills.
o Selects appropriate alternatives from defined options.
o Collects required documentation; verifies conformance of documents with standards.
o Assesses accuracy of detailed information.
o Tracks, maintains and produces regular and ad hoc reports.
Ø Handles detailed, structured problems.
o Identifies roadblocks to task completion and effectively brings them to leadership for resolution.
o Generally uses existing procedures to resolve standard problems.
Ø Works on assignments where judgment is required a majority of the time.
Ø Works under general direction, seeks assistance as needed.
o Completes work in accordance with accepted practices within field.
o Establishes approaches for completing assignments.
Ø Independently gathers information.
o Adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities; accepts responsibility for results of actions.
Ø Works with team to support achievement of project milestones and deliver on internal and/or external commitments.
Ø When assigned to a customer team, supports small project teams or specific components of a customer engagement.

(2)职位要求Qualification:
Min 2 years of experience related to credit collection experience
Ø Good working knowledge in office application
Ø Excellent customer relation skills, communication skills and a good negotiator.
Ø Possess high degree of initiative & strong business acumen
Ø Results-oriented, high work commitment, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
Ø Language skill: good command of English (spoken & written) and Cantonese
