Title: Distribution LS Operation Improvement
Location: Shanghai, Zhangjiang Office

Overall job purpose/工作目标概括：
The Operation Improvement is responsible for operations experience and communication abilities to analyze and identify change/improvement opportunities related to people, process, and systems at multiple Distribution internal teams and other departments, such as CS/CE, SCM, TC, RA/RM, FICO, etc.
Responsibilities/工作职责：
? Develop and drive to completion EXCELLENCE PROGRAMS in Distribution LS CN. Lead and execute continuous improvement to optimize process cost, quality and service.
? Ensure that results meet or exceed Operation-Distribution APAC goals, and that the results are sustained.
? Develop a High performance of experts to run excellence programs and talk as professional with relevant departments. The ultimate goal is to transform Operational Improvement from an activity into a culture.
? Defining process improvement opportunities and tools to support excellence
? Developing roadmap of events to improve processes and eliminate waste.
? Coordinate and measure benchmarking activities.
? Build up OPEX project roadmap to Distribution CN. Set up proposal/project pool and make priority of project.
? Implement OPEX project management system for tracking OE project.
? Create OPEX road maps for and across all functions within LS business coordination.
? Provide internal consulting services and technical support for the Operation Improvement initiative.
? Create and implement the Performance Management System for Operation Improvement
Skills, Competences & Background required by the position:

? Skills & Competences required
? Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or economics required
? Prior experience with effectively developing, influencing, and successfully executing significant change initiatives
? A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing one of above functions and managing people
? Knowledge and experience with Quality management systems or ISO system
? Knowledge and experience in implementing and use of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and tools
? Demonstrated capability in organizational behavior and change management
? Project management skill is a plus
? Backgroud
o Operations background and shop floor experience preferred.
o Knowledge and experience of excellence tools in Customs/CIQ, CS/CE, SCM, TC, RA/RM, FICO, etc.
o 8-10 years experience in OPEX or with other CS/CE, SCM, TC, RA/RM, FICO team management.
o Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to include establishing rapport, careful listening, building trust, overcoming barriers.
o Lean analytical/statistical, strong problem-solving, presentation and communication skills.
o Ability to lead, coach and instruct others
