岗位职责：
Mission:
Manage M&O Techenical team activities to support the revenue plan for relevant Geo(s).

Role Decription:
Respect GEO Sales strategy(WTS). Corporate guidelines and LEVERAGE proccess.
Build C-Level relationship with customers/partner.

VS ONLY
- Plan execute &monitor the partner's enablement, certification and coaching plan in context of geo 3 years plan with Geo Country Manager-Extended ecosystem (including Brand resources).
- Ensure TechSales team transformation (means skills, training and certification) through Sales College.
- Ensure knowledge transfer & experience capitalization to enable internal &/or external ecosystem.
- Participate in Partner Excellence Transformation intiatives specifications and implementation.
- Support marketing & partner recruitment activities

Education Level: PhD-Research Deg.
Years of Work Experience: 11-15 years

Background: BS degree technical discipline, master's level prefered
Succeessful experience in pre sales M&O management ( complex sales/ consultative selling)
