岗位要求：

1、门店客户接待：发掘客户需求，与客户有效沟通，为客户提供家居需求解决方案；

2、客户跟进维护：与意向客户、老客户通过微信、电话、上门等方式，保持良好互动，提升客户满意度；

3、高效执行公司及领导安排的各项工作。

任职要求：

1、普通话标准流利，语言和文字表达能力强；

2、大专以上学历，年龄25岁-40岁，形象气质佳；

3、具备高端产品零售经验，有高端家具（床垫、套房、沙发等）销售管理经验优先；

4、良好的销售能力，客户跟进能力及现场谈单能力；

5、有较强的学习能力，心态积极正向，善于团队合作；

工作地点：主城各居然之家/红星美凯龙；工作环境高端、舒适；

工作时间：6天工作制，09:30-18:00

薪酬福利：

1、薪酬：无责任底薪+提成+奖金+激励+五险一金

在职员工实际月收入8000-20000
