职位描述：
为在京外企的外籍员工提供高端房地产租赁及安居服务，积极维护客户关系，协调处理客户在居住过程中遇到的各种问题
1.良好的英语(或德语,法语)沟通及谈判能力（客户全部为外籍人士，以欧美客户为主）；
2.具有良好的服务意识，责任心强，能承受工作压力；
3.良好的团队合作意识；
4.有服务业从业经验者优先；
Skills and Qualifications:
1. A strong command of English (German or French), good communication and negotiation skills;
2. Strong service mind, responsible and hardworking;
3. Good team work player;
4. Previous working experience in service industry is preferred
