Requirements:
? University degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related majors
? Bachelor degree certificate or above
? Fluent English is a must
? Good understanding of lean manufacturing
? Training required by customers: Formal Q
? Training certificate: VDA 6.3 certificate
? Training required by customers: Crimping norm VW60330
? Experience in an industrial automotive is considered as an asset
? Good understanding of project management - organizational and leadership skills are a plus
? Key skills: ability to work autonomously in an international environment; creativity, team spirit and a pro-active attitude are imperative
Responsibilities:
? Create the continuous improvement plan & monitor & check implementation
? Responsible for leading the customer audit for manufacturing side
? Plan & do the activities according to the production policy & strategy & Target
? Accomplish the task assisting plant manager
? Cooperation in doing the internal audit
? Support other plant departments in technical topics
? Make sure to provide all needed equipment to production on time and in good conditions
