Key result areas include

(1) Planning:
Develop the detailed toll operation plan which is scientific and challenge fit for GSC objective. Business plan such as toll blender short and long term target and measurement deems to be realistic, fit for purpose.

Identify the shortfalls and prioritise the tasks to ensure the Plan along with projects have been executed in a right and efficient direction.

Achieve the 'Toll Blending' result in the GSC value chain by working with other associated functions for overall success.

(2) Problem Solving & Complexity
Exercise BP value & behaviour by engaging BP associates and toll blenders.

Lead to achieve business solution arising from various business impacts, such as new product introduction, process optimization, facility modification and innovation.

Establish and adjust the procedures and working instructions fit for operation needs, be complaint to the BP control guidelines and local regulation.

(3) Value Delivering

Engage the 3rd party toll blender and internal associates to achieve the GSC strategic plan through implementation of the established Plan. Focus on Strategic plan for Toll Blender operation suitable for next 5 - 10 years while taking care of the current business scale which takes some 1/3 of the total GSC volume.

(1) Work with 3rd party toll blender to optimise the safety operation from incoming raw materials to blending/filling and outbound operations.

(2) Regular review and monitoring the operations on incoming raw materials receipt and settlement with suppliers on non-compliance. Work closely with Planning/CP members, procurement members and QC personals for complaint operations.

(3) Regular review and monitoring the storage and handling, blending / filling, and despatch logistics operation, to perform optimization where necessary for on-going capability enhancement. Working with the 3rd party toll blender's associated personals for safe and complaint operations.

(4) Work closely with 3rd party toll blender QC executive for quality goods and service generation. Ensure BP 3rd party Quality Manual is full executed. Effort to close the existing gap for compliance.

(5) Timely settlement for all the business complaints against the service level and goods quality encountered.

(6) Ensure JDE transaction and payment reconciliation are carried out timely in an error free fashion. Business reporting is prepared and submitted timely and correctly.

(7) Responsible for managing the relationship with third party toll blenders; overcoming potential issues or conflicts as and when they may arise.

(8) To ensure toll-blender(s) attain and maintain a high level of production efficiency to deliver IFOT in accordance to the contract term and agreed fashion.

(9) To oversee and maintain quality control and customer complaint handling processes for toll-blended products.


Bachelor degree

1. Knowledge/experience for planning, purchase, sourcing, and supplier management for manufacture environment. Minimum 5 years working experience.
2. Knowledge on manufacture process and material handling, blending/filling, logistics within and outside the manufacture premises.
3. Track record for a team performance on safety and compliance operations
4. Planning /analysis and hand on operation experience in a toll blender environment is preferred
5. Ability to work under pressure, evaluate and lead to arrive solution effectively.

？ Good interpersonal skills, willing to listen to any constructive voice from any level of business.

？ Sound supply chain knowledge /experience on items/service sourcing, purchase to pay, planning, material handling, storage, blending/filling, logistics and other toll blending related operations.

？ Sound understanding on the supply chain essence on safety, quality, efficiency, service and cost and supplier/contractor management.

？ Possessing the strategic thinking and business planning and executing skills.
