职位描述：
? This is a new FAE position located in Beijing to mainly support Beijing key customers- H3C and ZTE, and also other key north China customers, e.g. Inspur.
? This position is under China Sales organization, and report to Switch FAE Manager;
? This FAE should cover the SW support of the below Marvell products: Prestera Switch, Linkstreet SOHO and Alaska PHYWork closely with customers on projects, handle customer technical issues timely and coordinate internal supporting resource to ensure customer product launch
? Work closely with marketing and sales team to create design-in projects and contribute to major design wins by promoting company's products.
? Organize technical meetings and trainings with customers engineering team to improve customer development efficiency and shorten the product’s TTM.
? Monitor customers development schedule, support all problems in customer products life cycle, and customer projects technical and developing risk

Qualification:
Ideal candidate should have B.S. degree with 5 years or M.S. degree with 3 years above in designing/developing area for switch or router.
? B.S. or above in electrical engineering, communications and computing or equivalent.
? Experience with software design, implementation, debugging in telecom/network industry is required
? Rich debugging and trouble-shooting experience in switch or router products.
? Solid knowledge and experience on C/C++.
? Excellent communication, self-motivated and good team player.
? Good English read/write/oral capability.
? Linux driver development experiences will be a plus
? Basic hardware knowledge will be a plus. 举报 分享
