岗位职责：
1、负责公司人力资源规划；
2、负责公司招聘管理尤其公司业务管理人才引进工作；
3、负责公司培训管理、员工关系、考勤管理等工作；
4、负责部门搭建、模块分工、部门管理等工作；
5、负责其他人力资源建设工作；
6、负责协助总部薪酬绩效考核制度的制定与执行工作；
7、配合总部完成其他相关的人力资源工作；
8、完成上级领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、全日制统招本科以上学历；5年以上HR管理经验；
2、具有全模块人力资源专业知识、人事处理及人事管理经验；
3、熟悉国家及地区劳动保障、行政等相关法律法规；
4、为人正直、沉稳果断；学习能力、演讲能力强；具有高度的全局观和格局。
