Responsibility:
? Receptionist function includes answering incoming calls, customers' visit, handling express in-and-out etc.
? Assist on secretarial support to Senior Managers such as VISA issues(invitation letter), booking flights and hotels, arranging cars, renting apartment etc.
? Document Management (Copy, Binding, Archiving, etc.) and asset management.
? Keeping track of office supplies and maintaining inventory (Stationery, water, coffee bean and etc.).
? Business cards ordering; drinking water ordering etc.
? General office and miscellaneous procurement and vendor management.
? Manage infrastructure in ICD, work with outsource IT to ensure IT equipment, office equipment, internet, video conference, security system access badges, office monitoring system, telephone, access control system, and fire alarm system function properly., including and Internet, office equipment and telephone system, etc.
? Responsible for office Interior Support (facilities and equipment maintenance, Furniture, Decoration, Cleaning, Maintenance, etc.).
? Provide necessary administration support to the business lines.
? General administration tasks, running errands, and fulfill other duties and support work to senior colleagues as assigned.
Requirements:
? You possess at least a Diploma in Administration or related field.
? Good spoken and written English.
? Strong PC skills include: Windows, MS Office.
? Outgoing, open-minded, truthful, responsible and service oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
