职位描述：
account manager
一、key responsibilities:
1. own the client relationship and be the communication bridge to the wider eg organization.
2. develop client relationship and grow the account.
3. manage top level campaigns, to be executed by the dalian delivery center.
4. participate in project negotiations and understand client requirements.
5. collect project data and materials to brief dalian production team.
6. identify and manage client issues.
7. ensure delivery deadlines and client quality expectation are met.
8. report periodic project kpi’s to client.
9. implement and promote eg workflow and tools.
10. ensure quality of service and product.
11. manage billing with the client, resolve issues and chase payment (targets will be provided).
12. key contributor to the service definition and business development for the global account.
二、qualifications:
1. university graduate.
2. experience in marketing/communication/publishing or related fields.
3. about 3 ╟ 5 year experience in advertising (preferably with international or large clients).
4. good presentation and communication skills both written and verbal.
5. good task management and co-ordination skills (organizational skills important).
6. able to work under high pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. excellent english and chinese skills.
8. excellent people and networking skills, outgoing and confident.

客户经理
一、工作内容：
1. 维护客户关系，成为沟通的桥梁，以更广泛的扩大eg 组织。
2. 管理客户端。
3. 管理***别活动，由大连交付中心执行。
4. 参与项目谈判并合理满足客户的需求。
5. 带领大连的项目团队和广泛的收集项目数据与资料。
6. 识别和解决客户端问题。
7. 在支付期限内保证产品的质量要求。
8. 定期向客户报告项目进展。
9. 推进并完善eg 工作流程。
10. 为客户提供高质量服务。
11. 根据提供的目标计算客户费用并解决出现的问题。
12. 为全球客户服务和开展业务。
二、任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历。
2. 出版、印刷、传媒等相关领域市场营销经验等。
3. 3-5年的广告工作经验（有国际或大客户经验优先）。
4. 良好的表达沟通能力。
5. 良好的组织管理技能和协调能力。
6. 在时间紧迫之下能承受较大的工作压力。
7. 优秀的英语技巧，能和客户无障碍沟通。
