职位描述：
Role & Responsibilities:
? Support monthly IC settlement (Trade & Non-Trade)
? Monitor IC reconciliation and prepare outstanding IC analysis
? Contact billing initiator/receiver and investigate the required billing nature
? Reconcile IC AR/IC AP accounts and provide financial analysis for outstanding aging balance
? Work with collection and credit team, BU, tax, treasury and bank for regulation compliance and special case settlement
? Play a role as liaison between local bank and Treasury team for accurate communication, if any unmatched payment cases
? Identifies issues and propose solutions
? Active support the internal and external audit

Qualification & Experience:
? Bachelor degree with major in accounting or finance.
? Native in Korean, Fluent in English
? 2+ years working experience in BCP or finance function
? Strong Experience in SSC finance & accounting is preferred

Skills:
? Good Basic understanding of general financial knowledge and HP accounting processes.
? Good knowledge of local tax, SAFE policy and foreign currency settlement process
? Good financial & business application skills (SAP, LH, Microsoft Office).
? Excellent in result and process driven
? Excellent customer service orientation mindset.
? Good analytical skills, with proven ability in issue resolution.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal partners and external customers
? Excellent teamwork Skill
? Responsible and accountable
? Independent and excellent in self-management
