? Projects running in ATC KNW 负责ATC KNW项目的运作
? BOM notification handling 处理物料清单

Major Duties 主要职责
? Proposal lead time and delivery date for division when required
  按照要求制定交货的时间和日期
? Provide rough schedule before the project in force and balance the workload to book the slot for projects
  在生产计划进行之前，需制定提供相应的粗略的计划时间表和平衡项目的工作量，从而确定项目的位置和重要性
? Provide detail schedule for whole projects after kick-off meeting
  在启动会议后提供详细的计划时间表
? Maintain the project schedule in SAP, and provide the ENG schedule to division to get confirmation with design team
  在SAP中维护项目进度，并向部门提供工程进度表，已得到设计团队的认可
? Push and follow up the BOM& drawing released acc. To schedule
  跟进物料清单和绘制发布计划时间表
? Check the notification in SAP for all projects of timely
  随时在SAP中检查所有项目的动态
? Assign the requirements for the head material of each valid WBS
  分配有需要的重要材料到每个有效的WBS
? Maintain the whole BOM, the parameters of the material in the BOM
  维护整个BOM中物料的参量
? Release the D-BOM for PTC projects
  发布PTC项目中的D-BOM
? Release the PR with reasonable delivery date acc. To schedule
  根据计划时间表的交货日期发布PR
? Push PC issue PO timely
  及时推进PC发布PO
? Share the manufacturing information and manufacturing plan to workshop in advance to let them prepare in advance
  提前将制造内容和制造计划分享到车间，让他们提前做好工作准备
? Share the assembly plan to Automation to let them prepare material and cooperate the workshop assembly in advance
  把装配计划分享给自动化车间，并让他们准备好材料，以及和装配车间进行合作
? Follow up the manufacturing status and push the progress in workshop
  跟进生产状况，推动车间生产进度
? Update the project schedule to all the related groups (division, PC, QM, AC, workshop) timely when there are some reason caused the schedule changed
  当计划因任何原因需要变更时，要及时向所有相关组（部门，PC，QM，AC，车间）更新项目进度表
? Follow up and push the missing parts delivery acc. To assembly schedule
  根据装配时间表，跟进和推动缺件交付
? Follow up the DR and arrange in-house repair if needed

? Monthly OTP checking
