职位描述：
Role title Senior Accountant
Department HQ Finance



Role Purpose

Responsible for
HQ month-end closing, quarterly rolling forecast, and annual budget
T&E and vendor payment review
Implementation of various company policies such as Corporate Credit Card, T&E, Treasury and etc.
Audit and business relevant F&A support

Key Accountabilities

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Active work with share service center on monthly closing
Assist in monthly financial analysis and budgetary control, actively work with business partner
Prepare in monthly / quarterly management report
Prepare weekly payment and staff T&E for manager’s review and approval
Perform contract review from finance perspective
Maintain good document filing for easy retrieving and auditing
Internal and external audit support
Ad-hoc task assigned from team leader


Personal Specification

Hardworking, quick learning with good time management capability
Follow through on details
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Good skills of excel, word and PowerPoint
Can work in English working environment, written English is a must, good spoken English is a plus
Accounting and finance bachelor degree
