岗位职责 ：
1、负责猎头业务客户开发，了解客户潜在人才需求，达成委托招聘协议，并维护良好的客户关系；
2、根据公司业务定位，收集市场信息并开展潜在客户开发活动；
3、根据客户的招聘需求，进行项目评估与可行性分析；
4、与客户和招聘顾问一起制定招聘策略并提供招聘方案以及甄选流程；
5、充分了解企业战略和人力资源规划等，就招聘岗位的职位说明书与企业认真沟通；
6、负责完成目标客户的联系和洽谈，并完成公司下达的销售指标；
7、与招聘顾问一起跟进项目，服务客户完成招聘委托。

岗位要求：
1、2年及以上电话销售行业或猎头BD经验；
2、人力资源招聘，电话销售，相关行业市场销售经验者优先；
3、强烈的责任心和团队协作精神，且具有良好的服务意识；
4、优秀的人际沟通能力；
5、良好的英语口语表达及书面阅读能力；
6、有志于在猎头行业长期发展。
