? Minimum 5 years' experience in large commercial projects;
? Registered Architect in HK, UK or equivalent;
? Experience in PRC is an advantage;
? Good design and documentation skills
? Work based in PRC;
? For those candidates / Architects who are PRC nationals should have Class 1 Qualification
? Preferred candidates who worked with Big LDIs like ECADI, Tongji, BIAD
? Good command of English with working experience in international firms is possible
? Only Chinese speaking candidates
