Job Description
Essential Duties
- Generate sales volume and value through a target sensitive sales strategy;
- Active networking, cold calling, building and managing relationships with local commercial agents;
- Evaluate, propose and implement marketing initiatives/special promotions with property agents & business associations;
- Identify local marketing partners for joint marketing programs.

Place of work Hong Kong, Beijing, Chengdu, Tokyo, Brisbane and Singapore.


Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Business or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years sales experience in any of these industries-Real Estate/Financial/Hotel/Headhunter;
- Possess good quality client contacts and network;
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (both written & spoken),Cantonese a plus;
- A self-motivated, dynamic individual with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
