Job Description
Responsible for the management and delivery of multiple, highly complex modelling, capital and methodology projects delivered to defined standards by Decision Model Design & Implementation's project framework and operating model. Work with the following clients, stakeholders, departments and service providers.
Global Retail Credit
Capital Provisioning & Portfolio Strategy
Senior members of the Divisional Risk Team
Credit Risk System Oversight Committee and associated Working Groups
Model Validation
Internal Audit
External Audit (reviews and consulting)

Job Requirements
Requirments:
Tertiary qualification in either Statistics, Operations Research or Mathematics.
Subject matter expert in the development of Credit Risk Decision Models across Credit Risk Lifecycle
Subject matter expert in the development of Basel Capital Estimate models for PD, EAD & LGD and their usage in Regulatory Capital, Economic Capital & Collective Provisioning processes
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication (written & oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability in relationship building and networking skills
Well developed negotiation and influencing skills
Pro-actively identifies continuous improvement opportunities
