Job Description
Main Responsibility:
- To maintain and optimize product quality control and assurance system, processes, including the Incoming quality control, process quality control and outgoing product quality audit/assurance., optimize NPI process by working together with cross functional team to improve quality and reduce cost of poor quality.
- Assist GM to set up and develop all quality related strategy, policy, methodology in company level; set up process to achieve the goal according to strategy, policy, methodology including product quality control, quality assurance system, reliability and qualifications.
- Improve quality system effectiveness & product quality as well as reduce cost of poor quality by management review, internal audit, quality metrics review, external audit etc activities. Ultimately achieve customer & organization satisfaction.
- Handle critical customer quality complaints; report regularly on product quality and reliability, internal / external quality audit results and follow-up corrective and preventive actions to ensure the compliance.
- Setup objectives and direct cooperation for quality team; assign responsibility and resource, training for team members. Coordinate and resolve conflicts with quality dept and other depts. Work together with relevant dept to plan relevant activities, improve teamwork to benefit company long term strategy.


Job Requirements
Qualification & Requirement:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or related field;
- Preferably with at least 3 years working experience in company level quality management area. 8 years or more than 8 years work experience in general. Strong skills in organizing, communication, coordinating area;
- Strong knowledge in Quality/Environmental Management System: ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001
- Strong management/communication skill with internal and external;
- Strong knowledge in product/ process (Sensor, Soldering, Welding etc);
- Familiar with quality and statistical tools, such as: PDCA, Pareto, QFD, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, - SPC, DOE APQP, PPAP, Sampling Inspection, reliability etc;
- Familiar with regulations & product registration; RoHS, UL, CSA, FM, ATEX, CE etc;
- Good oral and written communication skills in mandarin and English;
- Good command of Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing area is preferred. Six Sigma Black belt will be added advantage.
