Job Description
Planning
- Prepare regional business plan(from S-I, S-T, POS#, Comp MPSA, Mark-down, Inventory etc)from short term to long term
- Develops monthly sales rolling forecast by region, account, division
- Develop Quarterly TM sales number at regional level
Management
- adiportal TM management
- Manage sales related projects (Account ranking, Account monthly performance summary etc)
Financial
Regional T&E management
System and Processes
- Manages processes and procedures for:
- Forecasting
- Trade meeting
- Future Order Consolidation and Analysis
- Monthly reporting and sales tracking
- Account ranking review and contract renewing
- Trade rebate program agreement sign-off, follow-up and evaluation
People Management
- Provides strong leadership for horizontal as well as vertical reports
- Is a responsive and reliable point of contact for both horizontal and vertical reports
- Sets performance plans and reviews with each direct report
- Plans include goals, key job responsibilities, competency development, measures and follow up activities
Reviews by actually results versus defined performance KPIs

Qualifications
Competencies/Attributes
- Strong organizational and analytic skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Independent, creative and also an effective team player
- Competent at executing plans with high quality
- Good at team work, demonstrating an interest in training, coaching and motivating subordinates
Experience/Knowledge
- 5 years experience in sales Operation job and at least 1 year of management experience in sales operation
- Bachelors degree or above
- Fluent English in both speaking and Writing
Report to Sales Director-West
Subordinates 3-4
