职位描述

Job Description
1) Generate business in the leasing and sale/acquisition of office properties for the department:
2) Service existing clients, nurture client relationships and cultivate repeat business and referrals for the Company.
You are expected to provide, among other things, proficient before and after-sale service, effective maintenance
of client databases, and diligent Follow-up of clients' requirements in respect of renewals, relocation, expansion,
etc.
3) Assist with the planning and implementation of the Agency Services Department's annual business plan.
Monitor the Agency Services Department's revenue and expenses and ensure that profitability is in line with the business plan. 4) Follow guidelines and carry out instructions from your senior directors and the Management, working as part of
a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and meet the business targets set for the Agency Services
Department.
5) Help your senior directors to lead, galvanize, motivate, supervise and assist a team of managers and
negotiators to achieve business targets, i.e., pitching for business, negotiation and deal construction.
6) Take responsibility for quality control of the Agency Services Department's work. This includes quality control
in staff performance as well as products and services. 7) Assist your senior directors in the day-to-day management of the Agency Services Department, supervising the
sales, secretarial and administrative functions. Co-operate with other departments when appropriate in all matters
relating to the generation of business and the running of the Agency Services Department.
8) Oversee and delegate resources in conceptualizing and organizing the Agency Services Department's
marketing programmers and other activities in respect of client instructions. These activities include: leading or
conducting marketing pitches and client presentations, public relations and advertising activities, and the
production of marketing materials such as proposals, property particulars, computer presentations, press releases,
brochures, and mail shots.
9) Oversee the setting up of filing and database systems for stock, occupancy and client profiles. Take charge of
the management and maintenance of these databases and ensure that they are kept current.
10) Lead by example not only the efficient performance of duties but also compliance to all Company policies,
and instructions and standards of conduct.
11) Oversee and liaise with the activities of the Research Department when appropriate. 12) In the course of
client contact, be mindful of business opportunities for other departments of the Company. You are expected to
pass on leads and market information to the relevant departments for action with a view to generating business
for the Company.
13) Carry out any other assignments as directed by your senior directors or the Management.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
· At least 5 years of relevant working experience within an Agency environment.
· A desire to move to develop your career and move to the next responsibility level
· Ability to set goals for team members and work through detail budgets and resource planning.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration and team work approach.
· Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
· Proficiency in a variety of popular computer software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
