Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to improve the rolling forecast accuracy by consolidating information from customers
To work closely with factory to administer package design from reception of artwork & instructions, to design modification and follow-up
Manage customer's orders, and be responsible for order selection and prioritization. Liaise with factories for better lead time
Plan order deliveries for customer and ensure the most economy means of shipment
Responsible for order invoices verification and issuance to customers
Monitor safety stock level and support account team to minimize finished goods stock
Follow-up on packaging material claim administrative procedures
Maintain a continuous communication with account teams regarding issues with customers


Job Requirements
Requirement:

College degree or above
Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up, shipping, and customer liaison
Preference will be given to candidates with experience / knowledge of SAP system, printing technique, graphics design
CET-4 qualification or above, fluent English
Sound knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power Point
Strong customer oriented mind-set
Very good communication skills
Ability to handle uncertainties and solve problems
Pay attention to details
Team player
