Job Description
POSITION GOALS:
To assist in the Security facility, other related equipment, contract and procurement management on the project. Delivery of the services in accordance with the Management Agreement Security Facility.
To support project manager in the Security operation management for compliance to Inter Security requirement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Security Operation management support
Manage and ensure vendor security guards' behaviour compliance to customer security operation requirement.
Security vendor management
Update the security Guard Operation Process
Support and participate in regular or irregular audits and report
Handle the Incident investigation and offer suggestion of the improvement action.
Track the AR (action requirement).
Emergency response and quickly action.

Security Facility management
Manage vendor to maintain security facilities.
Support and supervise JLL security facility management specialist for security facility management
Meet KPI target on security facility uptime

Customer Service / Client Relationships:
Provide superior customer service
Regular or irregular communication with client
Ensure feedback from client is recorded and responded to meet SLA.
Pro-actively manage customer's expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
Reporting:
Provide input as required into the Monthly Report to direct supervisor
Timely submit incident investigation report including short-term and long-term solutions.
Training:
Review training material and training plan from vendor
Track the implementation of training plan
Monitor training effectiveness

Job Requirements
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES ? Refer to the Individual Performance Agreement (IPMP) for Key Performance Measures.
Ensure the KPI Targets for the Account are met
COMPETENCIES ? Interpersonal skills with a strong client orientation.
Knowledge of local occupational safety and security requirements
Related experience in 5-star hotel or foreign-funded enterprises
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to solve problems
Good English in reading and written
