Job Description
keep track of changes in labor rules and regulations.
7 Advice management on policies and house regulations and implement and maintain those policies and regulations

Recruitment
1 Define efficient recruitment strategies for recruiting staff
2 Identify target groups of possible future employees and promote the company among these target groups
3 Guide the recruitment process from initial start to signing an employment contract with any new employee 4 Maintain a database of all applicants that has sent their resume to the company
5 Supervise the activities of the recruitment staff

Training
1 Identify in cooperation with the management every year the company's training plan
2 Supervise the activities of the training officer
Company culture
3 Supervise the activities of the company culture officer

Payroll
1 Supervise the correct salary payment, social insurance and housing fund of all employees that are on company's payroll
2 Make evaluations of salary payments and structure these payments to create and maintain proper salary scales for the majority of functions within the company

Job Requirements
1 Minimum 5 years HR manager / supervisor experience and minimum 10 years broad HR background
2 Experience in steel manufacturing business (large machines) and/or experience in engineering companies
3 local candidate, preferable from Chengdu
4 English above average, can speak and write well at least
5 able to handle labor union
6 strong in handling HR issues.
7 Able to adminstrer daily routines.
8Worked in MNC before
