Essential Duties
Support the delivery of forecasted sales and market shares for product portfolio through effective marketing.
Manage and control the annual P & I budget, related product strategies and marketing plans by product.
Interprets market research and customer response to product lines. Advise management on customer trends and feedback.
Manages marketing policy, sales promotion, pricing strategies and distribution in collaboration with cross-function teams
Monitor, control and evaluate the implementation of marketing plans by product
Manage and trains junior managers Cooperate closely with local Sales teams and Marketing teams in bidding and reimbursement affairs
Develop the mifri related strategies and sales forecasts by product Collaborate with sales training department to develop training concept
Qualifications
University Degree level
5 years of experience in sales and marketing management of Pharmaceuticals.
Good command of English, both spoken and written
Medical and pharmaceutical related knowledge of relevant market segments
