职位描述：
Responsibility:
In charge of both sea and air import ,
Shipment arrangement
Cargo tracing/Container arrangement
Account management
Communication and coordination with overseas offices/agents
Proactively update customer operation process, keep them informed about any delay or unusual situation at the first priority.
Organize shipment operations
problem solving when needed

Qualification:
More than 2 years import operation experience for international logistics company, familiar with whole import operation process
Experience in handling customer claim, key accounts management, internal coordination, etc.
Major in logistics/foreign trade
Fluent written and oral English
Residence in Shanghai
Bachelor degree or above
diligent, team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems 举报 分享
