工作职责:
1. 根据公司SOP流程,负责处理日常海、空运进出口业务 ;
2. 负责指定货客户的电话沟通及客户回访工作;
3. 及时了解客户需求,提供相关建议和解决方案,争取潜在业务 ;
4. 负责回复公司自揽货客户的询价,为销售部门提供销售支持;
5. 及时处理各项紧急突发事件,包括客户投诉案例,提供有效的客户反馈意见;
6. 接受公司安排的培训,在对应的岗位进行学习,结合个人的专业优势和特长安排岗位工作;
7. 掌握相应的市场信息及公司内部资源,了解公司各类产品,严格按照公司要求开展和处理业务;
8. 定期与管理层面谈回顾学习与工作情况,并提出相关业务发展的创新性建议。
岗位要求:
1. 相关专业本科及以上学历;
2. 在国际货代行业担任至少2年以上相关经验,精通仓储和国内运输知识;
3. 具备优秀的客户沟通技巧和较强的市场开发能力;
4. 具备优秀的英文听说写能力,能独立与海外代理交流;
5. 上海户口优先。

ROHLIG&CO.HOLDING GmbH&Co.KG was established in 1852 in Bremen, Germany. Rohlig is present in 20 countries with 1,300 personnel.
GEBRUDER WEISS GmbH from Lauterach, Austria is also a traditional family business with 550 years experience and 3,500 employees in 17 countries.
The demands on intercontinental logistics are becoming more complex. Weiss-Rohlig therefore does not only sell standard logistics packages, but also very much focuses on providing tailored transport solutions, each to meet the needs of our customers.
