岗位名称：公司储备干部

工作职责：
1. 根据公司SOP流程，负责处理日常海、空运进出口业务 ；
2. 负责指定货客户的电话沟通及客户回访工作；
3. 及时了解客户需求，提供相关建议和解决方案，争取潜在业务 ；
4. 负责回复公司自揽货客户的询价，为销售部门提供销售支持；
5. 及时处理各项紧急突发事件，包括客户投诉案例，提供有效的客户反馈意见；
6. 接受公司安排的培训，在对应的岗位进行学习，结合个人的专业优势和特长安排岗位工作；
7. 掌握相应的市场信息及公司内部资源，了解公司各类产品，严格按照公司要求开展和处理业务；
8. 定期与管理层面谈回顾学习与工作情况，并提出相关业务发展的创新性建议。

岗位要求：
1. 相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 在国际货代行业担任至少2年以上相关经验，精通仓储和国内运输知识；
3. 具备优秀的客户沟通技巧和较强的市场开发能力；
4. 具备优秀的英文听说写能力，能独立与海外代理交流；
5. 上海户口优先。
