Job Description
? Manage and /or verify FCY/RMB cross border payments, cash transactions
? Ensure day to day operations to be in compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as local regulations
? Administering defined procedures, analysis and report preparation, and exception processing
? Coordinate with both clients and remote processing hubs for Cash products
? Handle enquiries from internal business partners
? Escalate unusual problems to manager
? Perform ledger/statement account reconciliation
? Provide coaching to junior staff
? Proactively identify opportunities to improve operations efficiency and control
Qualifications
? College graduate or above
? At least 3 years of working experiences in Cash operations
? Good understanding of internal controls and compliance in local regulations on cash operations
? Detail oriented and methodical, good analytical skills
? Good time management skill, ability to work under pressure
? Fluent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
