职位描述：
一、 工作职责：
1. 处理公司各项行政事务，办公室维护。
2. 差旅安排：如预定酒店、机票；办理各国签证；相关费用的报批；
3. 协助组织公司或部门活动和会议；
4. 外派外籍员工的事务处理
5. 假期系统维护管理
6. 团队同事缺席的情况下顶替帮助完成工作
7. 完成主管交办的其他事项；
8. 对工作流程更新、保存；

二、 职位要求:
1. 本科学历(英语四级或以上)；1-2年或以上外企工作经验；
2. 具备良好的英语听、说、读写能力；熟练运用相关电脑软件 (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.）
3. 良好人际关系及沟通技巧；
4. 能在要求同时完成多任务时具有良好的协调能力
5. 能在压力下工作，积极主动，工作认真负责有条理， 具有团队合作精神；灵活，能解决问题； 举报 分享
