Our goal is to find a dynamic team member to join our AP Communications team based in Shanghai. Someone who’s always on the lookout for new opportunities to drive engagement and awareness around Logitech brands and products, thus positively impacting our business objectives. A storyteller who is completely at ease crafting and influencing integrated communications activities, and has a solid foundation in PR, social media and influencers that will serve as the basis for our integrated communications programs across brands.

Your contribution:
As part of Logitech’s AP Communications team, he/she will drive the AP communications strategy across Logitech brands – Logitech, Logitech G, Jaybird and Ultimate Ears – through an integrated mix of PR, social media, and influencers.

Reporting into the Head of AP Communications, the primary focus is to work alongside and support AP marketing colleagues and network of communications agencies cross-category to ensure local implementation of regional communications strategies within an integrated framework, both for new product introductions (NPIs) and ongoing momentum initiatives More specifically, this role includes:
      ? Guide and advise AP marketing teams on the overall AP communications strategy and KPIs, ensuring ladder up to the global communications strategy and goals
     ? Partner with Regional Category Managers and local country teams to drive AP product priorities, NPI launches and momentum activities with emphasis on integration of communication pillars (PR, social, influencers), and work collaboratively with Regional Marketing and Digital colleagues to build 360 integrated marketing efforts
     ? Champion best social media planning (listening, content, social amplification, influencers), leveraging global social strategy and tools to increase social reach and engagement extending our online footprint
    ? Monitor and ensure social creative guidelines adhered to across brands’ local social media channels, and work 1-on-1 with AP countries to optimize content and learn from results
    ? Collaborate with Global & EMEA Communications colleagues to share local learnings and content/campaigns to drive communication and best practice sharing across Regions
    ? Develop Global Corporate and Employee Communication plans, leveraging global strategies, to push Logitech and brand
    ? Support Head of AP Communications in day-to-day management, operations and alignment of AP agency network


Key qualifications:

We’re looking for a team player at heart; someone who’s able to adapt and work collaboratively with multiple teams across various cultures and geographies on multiple projects. Experience in a fast-paced, international environment, and able to support a high-growth organization. A hard worker with a good sense of humor and a positive, enthusiastic personality with a “can do” attitude.
     ? 5-7 years in Communications (in-house / agency mix preferred) – Public Relations, Social Media and Influencer Relations – and a proven record in the implementation of successful communication campaigns within a global organization
     ? Ability to understand Logitech’s business objectives and how to translate those into Communications principles
     ? Tested ability to provide council and strategic direction to business leaders, and act as a strategic partner that energizes category and country teams, educating them on the most effective communications strategies for AP
    ? A sophisticated storyteller who can identify and build interesting stories that will resonate with media and drive consumer engagement and awareness for consumer products
    ? An in-depth understanding of social media management and analytics/measurement
    ? Experience managing and influencing PR and social media agencies to drive measurable KPIs and results
    ? Strong attention to detail with effective communication, analytical and organizational skills
    ? Able to independently structure and manage workflow and priorities
    ? Fluent in English (written & spoken); knowledgeable in Mandarin a bonus
    ? Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications
