职位描述：
The physicist will take some of the following responsibilities:
? Report to Head of Physics of Global Engineering – China, and undertake the allocated work;
? Work alongside other disciplines such as hardware engineering and software engineering within the SAFe framework working environment;
? Provide physics inputs/acceptance, end-to-end physics verification & validation tests/reports, evaluation/approval of drawings of components affecting physics, evaluation/approval of physics content of technical documentation, etc;
? Transfer knowledge from development to other parts of the organization, especially operations, through oral and written communication, personnel training, and the production of white papers and/or training materials as necessary;
? Participate in escalation processes to deal with difficult support incidents, which may include traveling to customer sites to troubleshoot specific problems;
? Work in collaboration with QA/RA to ensure compliance in regulatory issues and support from physics/technical perspective;
? Support Manufacturing, Procurement, Marketing, etc, if needed, including, but not limited to, giving scientific presentations or crafting white papers or technical documentation for both internal and external customers;
? Proactively provides physics inputs to influence the direction of the product lines;
职位要求：
? Master degree or above in Physics, Radiation Physics, Medical Physics, Accelerator Physics, Biomedical Engineering or closely related discipline;
? At least 2-3 years working experience or laboratory-based experience in some of the applicable core competencies mentioned above in responsibilities;
? Experience in the well-structured project is preferred;
? Experience in the clinical application is a plus;
? Qualification as a radiographer/therapist with treatment delivery and or planning clinical experience is a plus;
? Experience in biomedical signal processing & simulation modelling is a plus;
? Strong mathematical and physics knowledge;
? Been working as a physicist in a similar industry, research institution or as a hospital physicist is a plus;
? Ability to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of their field of expertise, understand applicable standards and apply them to the physics safety and performance of Elekta products/solutions;
? Ability to use related physics tools (eg. ANSYS / Labview / Matlab etc.) is preferred;
? Ability to give scientific presentations in a professional manner is essential;
? Ability to interact well with highly technical teams and communicate with cross-departments of the business;
? Good communication skills in written and spoken English within a multi-disciplinary international company;
