Main Responsibilities:
a) Relationship Manager for:1)Stakeholders in T&O and end-to-end customer/segment requirements;2)Solution definition, tradeoff, budget, resource planning and allocation;3)Manage Demand Management or Business unit’s customer service level and satisfaction.
b) Support business process re-engineering and end-to-end process design:1)Trade-off solutions between ops and technology, develop ops & tech specifications and service level requirements;2)Timely delivery of group/country projects within allocated budget and timeline.
c) Strategic Planning & Business Analysis:1)proactively explore local collaboration opportunities, lead and consolidate business requirements;2)develop customer/segment roadmap for T&O based on resource capabilities and limitations;3)ensure alignment to Bank and Group’s initiatives, establish organizational governance.
d) Budgeting and tracking:1)derive cost estimates for annual budget planning;2)manage/track/review overall project budget, ensure cost of delivery is aligned to local industry standards.
e) Management & monitoring:1)proactively solicit and define business tradeoff against business requirements;2)balance needs across different dimensions of business.
f) Project Management:1)act as single point of contact in managing customer service level and satisfaction;2)jointly accountable with Demand Managers in project planning/roll-out/review, manage/track/resolve project implementation issues and project delivery;3)negotiate business requirements with relevant counterparts.
Requirements:
a) Education: Bachelor Degree above
b) Years of relevant experience: at least 8 years’experience in Banking, focusing on IT related project management or retail banking area
c) Specific knowledge & skills: 1) Knowledge: Banking Business Analysis experience; 2) Language: Fluent English skill
